Sweet Potatoes Fries with Salmon Steak

Sweet Potatoes Fries with Salmon and Fennel/Celery juice

(This recipe serves 2 people) 

 Ingredients for the fries:
1 sweet potato
1 tea spoon  paprika powder
1-2 table spoon coconut oil
1 tea spoon chili powder
salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon cayennepepper

First cut all the sweet potato into fries and on top of them put the 2 powders, the cayenne pepper and the salt.
Put the coconut oil in a saute pan, let it warm and then the fries. Stir, flip and shake hem from time to time.
It's ready in about 20 minutes.

 Ingredients for the salm:
 2 Salm steaks
1 table spoon of dill
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 - 2 table spoon of coconut oil
1 garlic teeth
juice of one lemon

Make a marinade for the fish with all the  ingredient, except the garlic and the coconut. Spred it on the salm.
Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Put the coconut oil in the frying pan, then the garlic.
And fry it!

 Ingredients for the juice:
  2 to 3 stalks of fennel
1 celery stalk
1 pear
1 tea spoon of chia seeds (optional)
juice of half lemon (of lime)

Put all the ingredients in a blener or juicer and it's ready!

This is really tasty and delicious!
